• a new way for non-profits to raise funds
• a new way for Talent to support their favorite causes
• a new way for people to pay for a service while supporting worthy causes

How the give back Talent Bank works:

• The Talent donates their services to the Talent Bank earmarked for their choice of charity or non-profit.
• The Patron or Buyer searches the Talent Bank for the service they want and pays the Talent Bank.
• The Talent and the Buyer notify the Talent Bank of their completed transaction.
• The Talent Bank sends the money to the non-profit and the charity/non-profit sends a thank you to the Talent.
• The charity / non-profit pays a service fee to the Talent Bank.
